Brian Donal Flanagan, wine director for Haakon's Hall and
master certified sommelier for past 30 years will explore
Burgundy & Bordeaux to Napa & Sonoma and to every other
vineyard in the world. Brian has often been called the
walking encyclopedia of wine. His lectures are colorful,
instructional and laid-back. Brian will instruct you the
correct way of pairing and complimenting each wine with
yesteryear and today's most famous dining selections
including the Haakon's Hall Menu. Classes/Lectures will
start every Sunday beginning September 20, 2009 between 4PM
and 6PM before the our nationally acclaimed Trivia Night at 7
PM hosted by Brian Flanagan. Wine, Cheese, and other sorts
served complimentary.

dishes with 5
ingredients or
less. To make
cooking loving &
fun and not a
chore to abhor,
Chef Lenzi will
reveal "secrets
stapled inside
his Chef coat"
to worthy
students.
